Keith started his career as a business advisory and corporate finance consultant in a big 4 firm, where he specialised in value-based management, financial modelling, valuation and IPOs. He subsequently worked as COO or head of finance in several private and listed companies before joining EisnerAmper. He is experienced in listed company compliance and has significant industry experience in areas of healthcare, timber, mining, consumer goods, media and education. He has experience in dealing with S13R/X applications and has experience with asset management and regulated entities.
